CUSTOM FLOWER ESSENCE BLENDS
I am currently booking private meetings with individuals to formulate custom flower essence blends. In my practice I refer to a library of over 130 flowers and 20 minerals, which include flower essences & stones from my practice on Fogo Island, as well as the Original Bach Flower Remedies and remedies from the Flower Essence Society .
I view flowers as beautiful companions for the soul. A private flower essence meeting is a unique opportunity to get in touch with what your heart wants most right now.
Together in our 45-60 minute session, we will discuss your intentions and goals, and through a process of deep listening I will sensitively attune to your needs and the flowers that may be good friends for you right now. I am a trauma-informed flower essence practitioner trained through the Five Element Theory of Chinese Medicine. I consider each flower's unique energetic gesture, emotional wisdom and capacity for support in dynamic balance with what might be uniquely helpful to you.
A custom formula consists of anywhere between 2 and 10 flowers. This enables us to approach an issue from different angles. In a blend, the wisdom of each flower comes together as a synergistic whole in service of your particular intentions and current needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A MEETING:
- I will send you an email with an intake form to fill out prior to our meeting. The intake form includes questions for your reflection and provides me with a sense of your goals and intentions for this work. I will read this before we meet. We will schedule a time and date to meet via Google Meet / Zoom. Or if you’d prefer to receive a formula without doing a one-to-one meeting that’s also an option.
- During our online meeting we will spend 45-60 minutes together where I will gather information by listening deeply to details about your current situation. This is a confidential, safe process where I attune to you and your intentions in order to gain a sense of the flowers that may be appropriate to work with. Please note this is not a therapy session, but rather an opportunity to find a combination of flowers that may support you. Many forms of mind and body therapy beyond flower essence work are compatible and encouraged in tandem with this process.
- After the meeting I will take a few days (typically 3-6 days) to create a custom flower essence blend from my library of flower essences, and I will form a personalized plan for you. This will be shipped to you with tracking info. Your package will include instructions and related information about working with flower essences.
FOLLOW UP:
A follow up is recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial meeting to track your process. This 30-45 minute meeting gives the individual the opportunity to reflect upon the intentions that were initially set and the shifts that may be occurring as a result of working with the remedy over a period of time. As a dynamic process, the follow up also gives us the opportunity to make adjustments to create a new custom formula for further exploration.
